Mission Statement: To give assistance and positive reinforcement to teenagers and to guide them in making healthy and responsible lifestyle choices.
 
Goals:
Service - assisting teens in building self-confidence and a sense of worth by volunteering their time to servce the community through service projects.
 
Education - offering support and guidance to youth to stay in school or obtaining their GED; providing assistance with homework through tutors; and providing educational scholarships.
 
Employment Skills Training - teaching job skills through our community Job Bank
 
Support - providing ongoing positive reinforcement to teens in the form of role models who assist with problem-solving and decision-making.
 
Referral - through extensive networking we are able to put teens in touch with resources to assist with employment, counseling and spiritual support.
 
What is TRACK?
A non-profit all volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of adolescents and their families in the Ephrata Community and surrounding areas. This goal is accomplished by linking together community leaders, school personnel, business owners, and other individuals interested in the mutual goal of helping the youth of the Ephrata Area becoming productive and well-adjusted adults.

"A Unique Catering Experience" (a licensed service)
Will cater almost any event, from refreshments to a full course meal. You suggest the menu!
(note: no service of alcoholic beverages provided)

Track is comprised of local people who are interested in making a positive impact in the lives of our most valuable resource - our youth!. If you have a special talent or skill, supplies or services to donate, or have a desire to help, please contact the office. Together, we can make a difference!
