- EICHER HOUSE USE FEES
- USE OF THE EICHER HOUSE MAIN ROOM, ADJOINING SERVICE AREA, AND DECK IS $400 PER DAY, INCLUDING THE FULL KITCHEN AREA. FOUR AND SIX HOUR RENTALS ALSO AVAILABLE. RENTALS FOR 6 HOUR USAGE, $175 - WITH KITCHEN, ADDITIONAL $50. RENTALS FOR 8 HOUR USAGE, $225 - WITH KITCHEN, ADDITIONAL $50.

- FOR SETUP DAY BEFORE EVENT: after 12
noon the fee is half the daily fee, before 12 noon a full day
fee will apply.
- PLEASE NOTE IN ALL CASES A $100 SECURITY
DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF THE RESERVATION.THIS FEE WILL
BE REFUNDABLE AT THE EVENT'S CONCLUSION. (SEE POINT #8 BELOW.)

- PAYMENT FOR USE OF FACILITY
- THE FULL FEE FOR USE OF THE EICHER HOUSE
IS DUE 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. CANCELLATION MUST TAKE PLACE
30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT.
- ALL CONTACTS REGARDING RESERVATION MAY
BE ADDRESSED TO THE INDIAN MUSEUM AT (717) 738-3084.

- FACILITY
DESCRIPTION
- The Main Room and Service Area includes
tables, chairs, coffee urns, sink and refrigerator.
- The Kitchen includes the above items plus
all kitchen equipment, utensils, china, silverware and glassware.
- Seating Limit for indoor use is 125. Outside
deck and/or grounds allow for larger groups.
- The building is protected by Yarnell Security
Systems. DO NOT TOUCH.
- To silence smoke alarm press 2667-OFF.

- EICHER HOUSE RULES
- 1. Wine and bottled beer allowed during
meal only. No keg beer or hard liquor. All bottles must be removed
from the site and not put in the dumpster.

- 2. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INSIDE THE BUILDING
OR ON REAR DECK.

- 3. All tables, chairs and other equipment
must be stored in original locations before leaving the building.

- 4. All kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes,
glassware and silverware must be cleaned and stored in original
location before leaving the building.

- 5. All food, trash, tables, chairs, decorations,
etc. not belonging to the Eicher House must be removed from the
building the same day of the event. Trash may be disposed of
in the dumpsters at the opposite end of the Playhouse.

- 6. We may have other events taking place
the following day and we have no place to store these items.
If the above items can not be removed as specified, contact one
of the persons listed below.

- 7. After the event, turn off lights, lock
all doors, and deposit keys through window slot on rear deck,
or return to the Indian Museum Shop.

- 8. **VIOLATIONS as determined
by the Coordinator or House Committee Chairman will result in
forfeiture of Security Deposit.

- 9. If assistance is required or a problem
arises the day of the event please contact the following persons:

- 10. The Eicher Arts Center is not responsible
for other activities in the Park. Call the Parks and Recreation
Department at 738-9270 for information.

- The Eicher House and the Indian Museum
Shop are the property of the Borough of Ephrata and is administered
and maintained by the Eicher Arts Center, Inc., which is a non-profit
organization. All activities are subject to the Ephrata Park
regulations.
